Doggie Hair Feathers??

The feather extensions hair trend has been a major fashion update which began in 2010.  Feathers have been seen decorating everything from throw pillows to fancy ballroom gowns.  The growing popularity of hair feather extensions used as accessories is also on the rise.  With feathers being such a growing trend there is now one more use for them: dog fashion accessories.

Dogs and pets in general are owned and loved by many.  We adore them, spend hours training them to fetch, become house-broken and do simple tricks purely for our entertainment and that of our guests.  Many television shows are popularized due to many pet owners not understanding how to train their pets properly.  Much like our children, we want our pets to be reflections on us.

Apart from behavioral training there are a few more ways that we can “groom” our pets to be proud reflections of ourselves.  There, is of course, the basic way to upkeep our pet’s appearance: brushing their teeth, combing their hair, and trimming nails. Although, some owners prefer giving their dog a shower in the back yard complete with water hose, towel and pet shampoo, others choose to take their dog to a groomer and pay for grooming services.

Once grooming is complete there aren’t many other options for dressing up our pet.  Of course we may pick out a uniquely designed dog collar to set them apart from the other frequenters to the dog parks, or a brightly colored leash for afternoon walks.  Now however, we have an additional option for pet accessories…Puppy Couture Clips!
